Do you guarantee your service? - All of our cleaning is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If there is something you are not satisfied with just call us within 24 hours and we will come back out and clean the area you are not satisifed with.

When will you be in my home to clean? - For homes we clean between the hours of 9AM and 5PM. Offices are cleaned on weekends. We are flexible so give us a call to further discuss scheduling to meet your needs.

How do I pay for my cleaning? - The morning of your scheduled visit simply leave a check or cash for the amount due in an envelope on the kitchen counter. Payment must be received for us to clean your home. If you remain in the home during the scheduled cleaning, check or cash can be paid when cleaning is completed.

What if I need to cancel or delay my cleaning visit? - We understand that emergencies may arise or your work schedule may change. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel a visit. 48 hours preferred so we can fill your cleaning spot with another. If you need to delay our time of arrival we need 24 hours notice and the time rescheduling will depend on our cleaning schedule availability. We have many homes to clean and a schedule to adhere to each day. If we arrive and are locked out you will be billed $50.00. Additional fees apply if we arrive and are not allowed to clean your home upon our arrival. You will be billed $20.00 and cancelled for cleaning for that date and time.
